If you aren't sure about what "tempo" means, t's a run that you should try to run at "comfortably hard" pace, a little slower than you would race a 5K at -- whatever speed that is for YOU. The paths inside the park are nice and smooth, and of varying distances -- that will allow you to plot a route that works out to at least 20 minutes of tempo running. Don't forget to warm up and cool down!
Some weeks we'll go out for a beverage afterwards, too! Hanging out with your sweaty runner friends is pretty much the best part.
